Beneficiary companies

We collaborate with companies of all sizes and sectors, with hotels, chain stores and agencies, amongst others, mainly in Spain, France, Mexico and Germany. All our partner companies offer internships that fulfil the requirements and characteristics of our program.

Companies who start a candidate research process with IES Consulting are required to carry out the following actions timely and reactively: Reply to consultations, carry out interviews, show interest or refuse an application, make decisions, sign the necessary documents, etc.

Our selection process

• The partner company defines the kind of profile they are looking for.
• We publish the offer through specialised media and education centres.
• We filter and preselect the applications via:
• Interviews
• Languages tests and evaluations
• Evaluation of the student’s motivation and dedication
• Verification of the required documents and candidate’s availability (see point 5)
• We present the application to the company
• If necessary, we organise a final interview between the candidate and the company
• The host company makes a final decision concerning the application (acceptance or refusal)
• We take care of the documentation required to confirm the position and facilitate the signature process between the company, the school and the student.

General characteristics:

• Adult (18 years or over)
• Possession of the documentation required for a professional internship
• Higher education (Universities, Business Schools, Language Schools) in various areas
• Starting date all year round (depending on the profile and the academic calendar)
• Normal internship length of 3 to 6 months. We do not exclude applications for 1 or 2 months or 6 to 12 months.
• The candidates are mainly students from education centres in Germany, Italy, United Kingdom, France and Spain.
• In addition to their native language, they normally speak one or two foreign languages.
