IES Consulting is a Human Resources consultancy in the centre of Barcelona that facilitates recruitment and selection processes for international internships. We are the intermediary between companies, students and education centres in Europe.

We manage recruitment processes for students who are searching for professional internships abroad and we offer an outsourcing service for our partner companies who look for international students. Through direct personal contact with our team, more than 200 education centres in Europe already benefit from access to our database with internship offers in more than 1000 companies and hotels.

Created in Barcelona in 2005 with the development of the internship sector in Spain as our main objective, we continue to extend our cooperation agreements and improve our processes with companies and education centres.

After great success during our first years in Spain, IES Consulting now offers more and more possibilities, working with partners not only in Spain but also in France, Germany and Mexico.

• SelectionThe Selection team has the first contact with the students. They are responsible for maintaining good partnerships with the educational centres. They specialise in finding a perfect match between student, university and company. Our team is formed of professionals focusing on each country to find the perfect internship.

• ConsultingOur consultants are in direct contact with our partner companies. As recruitment specialists, they evaluate the company’s needs in order to find the best potential candidates. The consultants are the final connection between students and partner companies; they organise interviews between the two parties and are responsible for general communication. They ensure that the professional internship will be a success.

• Information Technologies

  The IT team plays a major role within IES Consulting. Every day they manage our database in which all the partner companies, schools and students are listed, as well as continually improving our communication technologies to allow smooth running of the company.

• ManagementThe management department supports all the selection processes. They are experts in the management of international documentation such as internship agreements, visas, and insurances. They also provide relevant and useful tourist information about the destinations and general guidance to the students.
